C<\/strong>rema catalana:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients: (per 6-8 persones) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. 1 l de\u00a0llet\u00a0<\/li>
  2. 8\u00a0rovells\u00a0d\u2019ou\u00a0<\/li>
  3. 150 g de sucre\u00a0<\/li>
  4. 40 g de\u00a0Maizena<\/em>\u00a0<\/li>
  5. 1 branca de\u00a0canyella\u00a0<\/li>
  6. pell\u00a0d\u2019una\u00a0llimona
    <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    LLEGIR M\u00c9S<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Preparaci\u00f3 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Dissoleu la Maizena<\/em> en un rajol\u00ed de llet freda. <\/li>
    2. En un cass\u00f3 al foc, poseu la resta de la llet amb el sucre, la canyella i la pell de llimona. Quan arrenqui el bull, traieu-ho del foc, tapeu-ho i deixeu-ho infusionar 15 minuts. <\/li>
    3. A part, barregeu els rovells amb la Maizena<\/em>. Afegiu-hi la llet ja temperada, barregeu-ho i coleu-ho. Torneu a posar la crema al foc, remenant-la sense parar. Quan arrenqui a bullir, traieu-la del foc i aboqueu-la sobre la plata de servir. Deixeu-la refredar i reserveu-la a la nevera. <\/li>
    4. Al moment de servir-la, empolseu-hi sucre per sobre i cremeu-la amb una pala de cremar. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
